Many of medium small scaled business enterprise in China gradually grow up from the workshop, primary the state-owned business enterprise management system still keep continued and result in many company produce management efficiency slowly and have no from management and made many corporation slack phenomenon. In order to resolve efficiency slowly problem, Tianjin's corporation is looking for to solve of method.This paper through actual circumstance analysis of Tianjin corporation's performance management, in the meantime, reading a great deal of reference and work and carrying out study and research to establish a set of performance management system .The first part introduce the background of choosing thesis , research meaning and method, the second part carried on performance management related theories of research, carried on cushion to chapter 4, the third part analyses existence of the measure of problem and improvement of Tianjin corporation's performance management .the Forth and the fifth part is a emphasis point ,the forth part design Tianjin's performance check, carry out abstraction of key performance index, the abstraction of key performance index adopt the balance score card thought, using the fish bone diagram method and dividing strategy target and establish main key job process ,established the first class, the second class and basic key accomplishment index sign .Performance management system is composed mainly of the accomplishment aspect, knowledge technical ability aspect and attitude.The fifth parts make implement and measures of management plan, using the grade distribution method and compulsive distribute method, emphasize to communication in performance management process, combining feedback with salary design. The sixth is a conclusion part, pointed out shortage of performance management index sign and still need to be improved. Hope to made Tianjin corporation's performance managment further promotion by this performance management system of establishment.
