The demand of consultation on enterprise's logistic and supply chain management is increasing continually with the booming development of our country's logistic industry. Various kinds of enterprises flow out into the market, providing the logistic management consulting service of different level, which makes the logistics consultation industry come into being. This industry is a brand-new one, with only 10 years' history. It has walked into the stage of regularly normal development and perfection through the market's shuffling cards and the self-coordination of market mechanism. It has become one of the key aspects that affect the development of the logistic industry in our country on how to improve the development level of logistic management consulting industry, especially the competitiveness of domestic players.The writer endeavors to study the logistic management consulting industry, focusing on the market competition situation. SCP Analysis has been applied to the study on industry of consultation on logistics, which is the unique key point for this paper, but without data support because of the scare source. Moreover, the writer has obtained a number of one-hand information and data through the questionnaire investigation, which makes the analysis more convincing and gives guidance as well as reference on this industry and its players, as expected.
