During these years, along with the fierce competiton both inside and outside coporates, the employees are undergoing skyrocketing working pressure, which leads to fall off in employee satisfaction and working efficiency, and uplift of turnover intentin. Against this background, the importance of occupational stress management is under the spotlight. Thus finding out the source of occupational stress , how the source works, and how to deal with these sources is becoming a hot button issue in human resources management.Based on the reseaches both domestic and abroad, taking Dalian information techology corporates as an example, this thesis focuses on occupational stress by means of empirical study, which includes: demensions of source of occupational stress; how the controlling variable of occupational stress operates; the relationship between occupational stress, satisfaction, working effeciency and turnover intention; the function of moderate variable; classification of good stress and bad stress. The summary of the thesis is as followed:First, based on the forunner's reseach, build a initial model about the occupational stress and influence factor,which contains indepent variable of occupational stress, moderate variable of occupational stress and the dependent variable. And design a questionaire basing on the model.Second, invesitigate the employees in dalian information techology corporate. After diagnosing the actuality, the essay studies on controlling variable,and testify the relationship between independent facotor and working effeciency , satisfaction and turnover intention, with the help of statistics method. In additon, the essay research into the function of social spport and self-control. Finally we modify the initial model on the basis of empirical study, and come up with coping strategy, in hope of supporting the occupatinal stress management in human resources management.
