Certified public accountants high employee turnover rate in our country, most managers believe that the reason for this is that the severe employment situation, the employee will be certified public accountants as a temporary springboard, such a view is one-sided, managers ignored the factors of employee turnover intention. Firm, if do not take the employee turnover intention, and the loss of employees will cause great loss to the firm.This study based on turnover intention and related research review model, according to the turnover intention at home and abroad related research and model, finally choose a career pressure, staff training, work satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention five variables, and analyzes the relation between them, hypothesis of the correlation between them, in combination with accounting firm special circumstances, to establish “certified public accountants factors affecting employee turnover intention model”, an empirical analysis of the model through the Amos21.0.Results show that pressure influence job satisfaction of the path coefficient is-0.04, employee training affect the job satisfaction of path coefficient was 0.93, job satisfaction affect organizational commitment of the path coefficient was 0.85, organizational commitment affect turnover intention of the path coefficient was-0.11, four assumptions are verified. According to the empirical results, combined with the particularity of accounting firm, Makes some management Suggestions.
