Dalian City Governance Model Study

Currently, Dalian's urbanization and urban development is in a period of high tide. However, the rapid expansion in the size of the cities, while the development of urban governance has lagged far behind the demand for urban society, the lack of long-term and systematic planning. How to fully mobilize and use of the limited resources of the city to eliminate bottlenecks in the process, so that it can be benign operation and development in Dalian city government is facing the pressing problems before us. The continuous deepening of the social fabric division, as well as the interests of the diverse social groups, urban management change is to require control of a single management model for urban management restructuring. Therefore, the present Dalian City to be consistent with the establishment of a new concept of public management requirements of urban governance structure, which will develop the high quality of Dalian is of great practical significance.In this paper, based on the actual Dalian City, through Status of Dalian in the field of urban governance research, and drawing at home and abroad, especially abroad urban governance is the successful experience with Dalian City urban governance of the reality of Dalian City urban governance reform program..This paper studies the Dalian City Public governance structure reform, the focus is to study how to further develop enterprises, communities and non-government organizations in urban governance in the fundamental role to play together from the main urban construction.
