Information Quality Supervision Site Enforcement Use

According to the requiment of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C. and local characteristics, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision(SMBQTS) realizes electronic management and network cooperative work from multiple levels of business to improve the administrative efficiency and public service capacity.Because a lot of specific management business of SMBQTS involves law enforcement and staffs will work at the scene, it is easy to happen the cases of lawbreaking. Recently, the Central Political and Legal Affairs Committee bring forward the whole concept of the construction of political and judicial departments of information. According to the requirement of the scientific development concept and building a harmonious society, it is should closely around the law enforcement posts and law enforcement links which are easy to happen the not strict, unjust, uncivilized problems to realise interconnection between various systems and provinces. That will be a more complete reunification of the law enforcement information network which covers the entire judicial system. So information construction is very important at the scene enforcement process.First, this article gives a simple introduction of the background of the project. It describes the importance of the computerize. Comparing with the computerize in our government and current status to foreign counties, it points out the problem that our government is still facing, and analyzes the whole assumption and specialty of the project. From the system architecture point of view, it confirms the J2EE framework is the best basic to build this system. This thesis analyze the framework from the present, persistent, logic to the container, and on every side, this article gives a deep compare and analyze from many popular salutations and techniques. It also gives a detail explanation on Digital Signature, Electronic Signature and the other techniques. At last, it concludes the big fruits which has gotten from the project and points out the remain problems need to be solved and the further research orientation.
