Study On The Incentive Mechanism Of The Product Quality Supervision Administrative Law Enforcement

Administrative enforcement of product quality supervision is an important component of our government functions. As China's socialist market economy continues, the problem needed to solve by the government is increasingly conspicuous, especially fake and shoddy, lungs and other product quality issues. They are directly affecting our normal economic order, also undermining the interests of the broad masses of people. Although in recent years the enforcement and the quality supervision and administrative efforts of our governments at all levels in China are not small, the incidents of product quality occur endlessly, functional departments and personnel duties are unclear, efficiency is not high, the implementation is not in place, there is not much intensity, and other phenomena. These problems often have something to do with the lack of the Motivation mechanism of the product quality supervision and administrative enforcement.Products Quality Supervisors are part of our civil servants. As China's "Civil Law" has been implemented, the Chinese government has made corresponding results in the civil service recruitment, promotion, evaluation, classification and management. But because the incentive mechanism is imperfect and the product quality supervision and administrative enforcement are not in place, the incentives failed to achieve the desired results. Based on the analysis of real status of the product quality supervision and administrative enforcement incentive mechanism and the incentives from the classical theory, working with my actual experience, I give some ideas and suggestions on how to improve the product quality supervision of administrative law enforcement and incentive mechanisms, to establish a more effective supervision of administrative enforcement of product quality incentive mechanism, and improve the overall quality of the Chinese products.
