In a company, organizational political behavior exists as air, everywhere and everytime. But because of the sensitivity of organizational political behavior, people abstain from talking about this theme. So the study of organizational political behavior get into a rattrap until the conception of perception of organizational political behavior put forward by Ferris. So, the author suvey the perception of organizational political behavior of manager of corporation in order to put forward the conception, dimension and effect of perception of organizational political behavior.First, this paper had reviewed perception of organizational political behavior, the conceptualization, the theory and measure, as well as consequences of perception of organizational political behavior, hereby primarily proposed the research model and hypothesis. Then, with the interview and survey in large scale, this paper adopted SPSS and AMOS to bulid SEM, test the multidimensional model of perception of organizational political behavior and anlyzed the diferent subscales of perception of organizational political behavior and big-five and organizational commitment. At last, some conclusions were drawn and directions for future research had suggested.Based on the interview and survey investigation, some conclusions were drawn: The five-dimensional model of perception of organizational political behavior in China were put forward and validated. The five dimension are: Attacking, Looking for support, Building Image, Stressing, Ingriation; Attacking, Building Image, Ingriation are all negative with organizational commitment; Looking for supporting is positive with organizational commitment; Stressing is irrelevate with organizational commitment; Agreebleness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion will influence the relation between the every dimension and organizational commitment, except that Agreebleness* Ingriation, Agreebleness* Looking for support are not segment; Sex, Age, Education, Time, Department will influence perception of organizational political behavior sigmently.
