Organizational political behavior is inevitable.In this process,It is the difference between organization of political behavior perception and attitude for different employees.Employees will be analysis and interpret the concept of organizational politics combined with their own cognitive level and values.Organizational politics will affect the organization structure,group role and group cohesion,and then gradually affect the staff at the organizational level of attitude and psychological awareness through the form of concealment.Especially for the new generation of employees,the values and ideas more diversified.The long-standing existence of organizational politics will directly increase the dissatisfaction of the new generation of staff and accompany by a series of production deviation.This study layers in depth to analysis and follows the idea of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.This paper elaborates and explains the internal mechanism of the organizational consciousness and anti-production behavior of the new generation of employees based on the structural theory system.First of all,domestic and foreign literature combined and reviewed.This paper points out the existence of excavation space and the research focus based on the lack of research.Secondly,this article summarizes the relevant.This paper mainly introduces the theory of organizational climate,Adams fair theory,"frustration-attack" theory,social exchange theory,Doolio theorem,cognitive coordination theory,attribution theory and emotional event theory.On this basis,the relationship is put forward between the four variables of organizational political consciousness,anti-production behavior,cynicism and relational remedy,which lays the theoretical foundation for the research hypothesis.Finally,this paper conducts empirical analysis.It mainly includes research hypothesis and model construction,pretest and scale correction,data analysis and hypothesis testing.Six main hypotheses are proposed based on the theoretical analysis.The analysis model of this research is put forward according to the hypothesis.In this paper,the presurvey completed by the pretest and correction of the scale,the formal form of research questionnaire.In this study,descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis of demographic characteristics,correlation analysis,and regression analysis were conducted on the basis of the completion of formal research,and the results of the hypothesis validation were obtained.Finally,the study is summarized.This study is summarized and summarized by summarizing the research conclusions and the future research prospects.This study aims at the limitations of traditional statistical analysis techniques on the complex relationship between organizational political perception and anti-production behavior.We can verify the relationship between organizational political perception and anti-production behavior based on the simple regression analysis.And a regulated mediation model is structured in order to further study the mechanism of the main effect.Finally,the following results are obtained through empirical analysis: some demographic variables have significant differences in each variable;there is a significant correlation between the variables;The main effect is influenced by cynicism;Some of the links between organizational political awareness and anti-productive behavior are significantly regulated by relational remedy.
