Management Communication is a key factor to the modern enterprisemanagement, the efficient, communication is helpful to promote management level,and ineffective communication means to waste the precious resources. Efficientcommunication is the key to reducing management cost and boosting managementefficiency, enterprises should utilize various communication method of improvingcommunication efficiency so as to promote the efficiency and level of management.On the basis of introducing communication theory, this essay introducescommunication skill, methods and channels that every staff needs in the process ofenterprise's management; and points out the function that communication canimprove each function of every management.
