Theses days consumer's require for quality of service is higher and higher in our country, especially in green food industry; On the other hand, food industry is managed incorrectly, such as lacking of smooth distribution system,poorly use of information and so on . Besides, there are so many taches in this industry, which result in high operating expenses and slow improvement of service quality. Appling the theoretics of supply chain and modern logistics, it investigated questions about supply chain of food industry on basis of sufficient investigation in this paper. These investigation can supply some gist on theoretics for designing supply chain system of food industry or developing supply chain system management.The thesis analyzed the characteristic of food industry,the function of node project ,which were from the angles of the industry composing. On basis of what , a management system was designed for good industry which included three segments--providers,distribution center and trattoria. Data flow was designed particularly for distribution center and trattoria, besides ,the function of trattoria part was come true. In the end ,a index system was found for evaluating the supply chain, moreover, the calculating method was giving applying the theory of faintness evaluation.
