Organization, as the inevitable product of cooperative labor, is a universal mode of the life world, it verified the way of human being's organizational existence in contemporary. there is organization, therefore there is management. There is identity between organization and the management, so the organization is the basic topic of research for management' theory. Although the management theory started the so-called Change to humanity, but some phenomena of non-humanitic management actually occur repeatedly in management practice, it's expression is the alienation of organization and human being in organization, the management often changes to lack of concerning human being, even hostile to human being, it is inconsistent between realistic condition and the change of humanity of management theory.To pursue the reason, it is related with lacking reasonable view to discuss the organization in philosophical context, There are following flaws while the traditional theory analysis the organization on philosophical context: one is to regard the organization as self-evident thing, lack deep reflection to being of organization itself from philosophical perspective, in fact the organization itself has escaped from the people's sight on philosophical context; and the other is the excessive advocation on instrumental rationality, causes the organization become opposed thing to human being, the human being has instrumentlized, it is insufficient for unblocking organization itself on humanity, so lead to the humanistic dimension of organization has shaded.It is necessary to reveal the humanistic dimension of organization and only then has possibility to alleviate the apart between the theory and reality, The method is attempt to put the organization into Marxist practical philosophy to unblock it on humanity, clarifying the being of organization from the perspective of practical ontology of Marxist philosophy, Because the Marxist practical ontology has existential dimension, so has humanistic dimension, also it is obvious that the unity of organization, being(the survival of human being), reality(practical reality), humanistic dimension, the humanistic dimension of organization management will emerg.After emerged the humanistic dimension of organization, tries to realize the management theory and thinking mode of the management to change, attempt to realize the humaniaties management truely. That is: from model management towards contingency management, from rigid management towards flexible management, from passive management towards self-management.
