With the advent of The Knowledge Economy, the environment of the enterprises has undergone significant changes. For the enterprises, innovation has become a core element to survive and an important mean to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Organization Innovation can improve the adaptability within the organization, optimize organizational functions, and enhance organizational efficiency. Enterprise managers and researchers recognize that Organization Innovation has become the key factor during enterprises’ rapid development, and gradually began to attach importance to the study of Organization Innovation.In Internal Social Capital Theory, capital that comes from the enterprise internal social network creates social context of individuals, and can influence individual behaviors and its results. Starting from the condition of Organization Innovation promotion, the Paper studies the effects of internal social capital, which is characterized by network links, trust and shared vision, on Organization Innovation. According to researches on the internal social capital, all three different dimensions of internal social capital produce a positive impact on Organization Innovation.In the empirical research, questionnaire is used to collect data, and SPSS is used to analyze data, while internal social capital is divided into social capital, relationships and cognitive. I choose to use the method of the regression analysis to study the three dimensions of internal social capital and Organizational Innovation. Hierarchical regression analysis is used to analyze organizational innovation climate as a moderator. The conclusions of this empirical analysis are as follow:(1) Structural Dimension of internal social capital has significant positive impact on organizational innovation;(2) Relational dimension of internal social capital has no positive effect organizational innovation;(3) Cognitive dimension of internal social capital has significant positive impact on organizational innovation;(4) Organizational innovation atmosphere has positive impact on the relationship of the structural dimension and the cooperation innovation.(5) Organizational innovation atmosphere has no impact on the relationship of the relational dimension and the cooperation innovation.(6) Organizational innovation atmosphere has positive impact on the relationship of the cognitive dimension and the cooperation innovation.
