On The Research Of Information Sharing Based On Supply Chain Management

Along with the advent of times of the globalization and knowledge economy , consumer's demand is developing towards individualization and competition between enterprise is more fierce. A single enterprise can not face competition, enterprise must be formed as a part of supply chain, every node of Supply Chain needs cooperate closely and share information to realize seamless integration of Supply Chain. Information Sharing is the key constituent of the SCM, the success of the SCM needs to be based on high-quality information sharing among every node of enterprise and information sharing is significant of the SCM.Presently, the enterprises face many obstacles during the process of information sharing ,therefore the problem of information sharing among the partners in the Supply Chain influence performance of SCM. On these grounds, this thesis discusses and explores the information sharing about six aspects in a SCM through using Economics , Management and Information Technology etcFirstly , depending on the basic theory , the relative concepts of information sharing are introduced , including the thoughts of SCM , information integration , information sharing , and the character , role , principle of information sharing in SCM.Secondly , Uncertainties of SCM are analyzed, it demonstrates information sharing to diminish uncertainties and enhance the performance of SCM, and explains the reason of information sharing; a simple model of information sharing is set up to quantify the value of shared information in SCM and demonstrates the necessity to share information.Thirdly , through analyzing information flow and information flow control in SCM ,presents a logic model of information sharing.Fourthly , main information sharing technology are introduced , presents a framework based-on EAI , a method based-on Internet/Intranet , a solution based-on Web Services technology.Fifthly , it explores and studies the mechanism of inspiration of information sharing and the system of trust and cooperation to ensure the realization of information sharing. several improving suggestions is put forward.Sixthly , positive study of SCM information sharing is conducted through a questionnaire.The last part is a summary of the whole thesis and points out imperfection of the thesis and the direction of research in the future.
