For Third-party Logistics Information Systems Research

Along with rapid development of economy, the importance of modern logistics is becoming more and more obvious. For decreasing the cost, increasing benefit, taking full advantage of corporation core-competition and raising rapid reflection to market, the third-part logistics which has new logistics form and management mode is coming to people attention. The third-part logistics corporations adopt advanced information technique, which not just improve the degree of automatization and share in information, decrease the cost and improve work efficiency, but also change radically developmental strategy of logistics-corporation. Now the competition of the third-part logistics is main focus on information resource, so it is effective means to build third-part logistics information management system for facing market challenge and improve corporation core-competition.The structure of this paper is : firstly, working on literature review of third-part logistics and information system; secondly, summing up technique, development and application of third-part logistics information system; thirdly, doing detailed system analysis of third-part logistics information system combining with modern information system and modern logistics management mode, then, build a system structure module for information system based on analysis and summarization; fourthly, selecting transportation management module for system achievement based on WEB database and XML technique.
