Pertormance management is the key tactor ota company winning advantage in competition. The purpus of the performance management is to improve the employee stuff of the company. And this does help to improve the core competence power. Certeinly Performance Assess is the key factor of the Performance Management. Performance assess is one of main important meanings of employee performance management. It is one of the most important management activity and the basis of other management activity in any company.Performance assess is a contract which is one kind of system arrangement. It indicate a promise between company and employee. The aim of the Performance assess I is helpful for achievement the goal of a company and is helpful for a company performance management and is helpful for all employee's action improvement.A Hi-tec Company in the artical is a high tecology personal--owned company. Though it carry out performance assess earlier, which looks standard and overall, its comeout is not successful. The whole performance is not improved, the employee satisfaction ratio is still low, the job positive is not strong and employee fluent ratio is still high.The study ways of this article is as following: firstly, to investigate employee satisfaction ratios, secondly, to analyze advantages and disadvantages of employee performance assess system, thirdly, to analyze the factor of the performance assess, to analyze the factor of employee satisfaction ratio and the factor of the fluent ratio.At last this artile results to a new treatment plan through the analysis, it draws up a new system of performance assess system, it sets up a new performance system including face to face communication system and performance arbitration system. This new performance management greatly helps to the straitgy achivement of the company. The artile builds up a performance feedback system and arbitration system.
