Faced with the gradual serious environment pollution and thesituation of short of resource, every country in the world has introspectedthe process of traditional economy development and realized that theextensive production mode with character of mass production, massconsumption and mass pollution should be changed and adopted a kind ofintensive production mode——cleaner production which is an importantmeans to control environmental pollution. It is a valid approach topromote circulation economy to make use of resource efficiently and torecycle the resources. From the state of cleaner production development,the cleaner production development of mine obviously lags behind otherindustries. Hence the overall and synthetic research on mine system basedon cleaner production is very essential. Guided by the theory of cleanerproduction, the theory of system engineering and the method of industryengineering, combining organically the cleaner production with thedevelopment of mine industry, this paper comprehensively andprofoundly studies the theories, operating models and the evaluation ofmine cleaner production. It can be outlined as follows:1. By listing a large quantity of data, the paper shows that mineindustry still plays an important part in our national and socialdevelopment. It also analyses that the mine industry, in the process of itsdevelopment, not only has made abundant material wealth for mankind,but also has seriously endangered the sustainable development of us. Thepaper also conducts profit and loss analyses aimed at the development ofChina's mine industry and points out the main problems that demandprompt solution in the research of sustainable development and greenmine system.2. The theories of cleaner production related to mine industry arereviewed; the concepts, connotation and principles of mine cleanerproduction are put forward; the meanings of mine cleaner production areexpounded. The models of mine cleaner production based on differentpurpose are presented. 3. The benefits to mine industry brought by cleaner production areexpounded. The benefits include economy benefit, environment benefit,immateriality capital, development of technique, amelioration ofmanagement and so on.4. The procedures and approaches of implementing mine cleanerproduction are presented; the key problems need to notice and solveduring implementing cleaner production are expounded detailedly.5. The meanings of establishing assessment index system of minecleaner production are expounded; the principles and methods ofestablishing the index system are studied. At the same time this papersystematically studies the structure of the evaluation index system and itsbuilding tenets and approaches. The structure model of the evaluationindex system and general evaluation indexes are constructed.6. The process and methods of mine cleaner production evaluationare summarized and analyzed. Then, a evaluation method based onSLCA—FUZZY—AHP is proposed and its evaluation process areillustrated.7.
