It insist on walking the road of the technology innovationdevelopment, and grows up continually and quickly.This thesis introduces some theories on technology innovation andenterprises growth, then sums up the development process of HUAWEI,the determination of the technology innovation development strategy andimplement tactics; Then take HUAWEI as example to study thecontribution of technology innovation to continuous growth of the enterprises and the function mechanism.
