Research On Motivation Of Cooperative Technique Innovation Between University And Enterprise

With the approaching of knowledge economy, the market competition turns worse, and the speed of new technique emergence and change is more quickly, which cause the science and technology raise in product, each body of innovations all faces the problem of the technique resources short, while to make the exterior resources inner is important path that resolves this problem. University and enterprise, as two bodies of innovation, their complementarity in innovation resourses makes them work together. However, from general point of view, the present state of cooperative technique innovation between university and enterprise is far from being optimism. The surface issue is the low efficiency of technique innovation, the deep one is the deficiency of motivation. In order to enhance competitive power of China's Enterprise and university, strengthen our country's scientific research power, researching motivation of cooperative technique innovation between university and enterprise, and exploration innovation motivation significance can be not only of theoretical value, but also of realistic significance.This article briefed the domestic and foreign cooperation development situation, using the dynamic theory and other correlation theories, analyzed the cooperative technique innovation motive, cooperative innovation policy-making choice, cooperative technique innovation motivation factor constitution, factors mutual function relations, and analyzed the cooperative technique innovation external environment. After that, on the premises of the given principles to be followed, the thesis constructed a general evaluative index system of cooperative technique innovation motivation between university and enterprise, at the same time, the weight of every factor in determining index system was obtained in the application of grid method and fuzzy Borda number analytical method. The thesis determines the comprehensive evaluative results for cooperative technique innovation motivation by adopting the Fuzzy appraisal method. Hence the comprehensive evaluative model of cooperative technique innovation motivation can be established. After theoretical analysis, this article finally has carried on the analysis to the Xi'an's university and enterprise cooperative technique innovation motivation condition.Hope the text research can provided a theoretical direction to practise cooperative innovation, and accelerate its course and efficiency. Also hope this text research ability to offer a reference to cooperative technique innovation research for the place where there are many uninversities howevre cooperative innovation between university and enterprise is insufficient.
