It is difficult to know the strategic development direction of the competitor for itis motile and recondite, while the technology is continuous and robust, there must be alot of related technology support one before success, especially the core technology.Reflected in terms of patent application, before applying for a core paten there must bemany matting patents, also the core will breed more peripheral patents. Enterpriseapply for patent for the technology to get legal protection, once patented thetechnology will be published, the other can make use of.Due to the application for a patent of path and the close relationship between theenterprise strategy development, this article will focus on the enterprise patent routemechanism research on the role of enterprise strategic development direction. Thispaper takes huawei communications co., LTD., as the research object, through morethan30000patents since1995category analysis, build huawei’s technology roadmap,identify the main technologies and core technology in the whole process of technicalprogress and assistive technologies, and stages of patent technology, etc. attached tothe industry development history and mature process of combing huaweicommunications standard business growth path since it was founded in1987,byChina’s public reports and records the development strategy of construction of huaweibusiness development path, it is concluded that huawei in its inception, technicaltracking stage (1989-1995), rapid growth (1996-2005) and products rich period (2006-2013) products and business.Phase through a timeline in the huawei products corresponding and patent, foundhuawei’s interactive relationship between technology path and the strategy, putforward "strategic r&d spending by resource allocation effects" and "scientificresearch practice correct enterprise strategy" two conclusions. Finally the applicationof this interaction is put forward in the fifth chapter sublimation, specific applicationembodied in the following aspects:(1) the analysis of patent development path, the service enterprise future strategy;(2) to ensure that strategic objectives can be sexually;(3) analysis of competitors patent application trend, grasp the competition strategicdevelopment direction;(4) has its own resources into peripheral patent misleadingrivals...
