The economic crisis in 2008 brought great negative impacts to the existence of enterprises. Especially the Chinese enterprises in the service industries like foreign trade, logistics had to suffer more under the current Chinese economic development model which relies on the export and manufacturing in big degree. On the consequences, the deterioration of labor absorption by enterprises caused to decline of employment rate, and the living quality of people slide down greatly. In 2010 and 2011, the enterprises just suffered little bit from the economic crisis encountered furthermore the challenges from the price increase of raw materials, limitation of energy consumption and increase of currency exchange rate, which are direct factors towards costs. In addition, the shortage of labor spread from East, South China to West China makes the enterprises more difficult to hire labors to restart the production. In the circumstances, the reform of enterprise employment system is necessary, To bloom the flexible employment system is vital to the stabilization of employment rate and promote the economic recovery.With this article the author tries to do analysis how the related factors influence the employment system of enterprises, like labor theories, formation and change of labor relationship, limit from the labor laws, trend of international employment models as well as the interaction of industry structures with labor structures etc. Based on that, the author puts forward that to promote the reform of enterprises'employment model, not only the government should master the development model of labor relationship, build the concept of"grand labor relationship"and push the adjustment, but also the enterprises should comply to the labor laws, respect the rights of all kinds of labors, upgrade the human resource management level. The enterprises could introduce the new concept about strategic human resource management which is dominant in advanced countries, and explore the flexible working system, in order to find out suitable flexible employment models to fit the companies.
