Study On The Influence Of Urban Production Environment On The Flexible Employment Of Labor Intensive Factory

With the development of urbanization and informatization,the scale of the city is becoming larger and larger,and the city is developing faster and faster.At the same time,some urban problems are also highlighted,the work of the workers living in the city and how to balance the lives of more and more people's attention.Flexible employment concept has a long history,and taking into account the flexible employment of urban production environment in recent years has increasingly been concerned about,many companies are also trying to use the flexible employment approach to business operations.The biggest advantage of flexible employment lies in the balance of work and life of workers,and thus to enhance the efficiency of enterprises.In this paper,literature research method,questionnaire survey method and ABM simulation method are used to study the influence of urban production environment on the flexible employment of labor intensive factory.First of all,on the basis of the previous literature review,this paper expounds the related concepts and main contents of urban production environment and flexible employment.Secondly,based on the analysis of the city environment on the influence factors of production labor intensive factory flexible employment,empirical test using structural equation model,the influence of environmental factors on the employment relationship and its path,reveals the production environment of city relationship between flexible employment.Thirdly,based on the concept of urban production,the multi agent system is studied,and the influence mechanism of the micro subject and the environmental variables on the flexible employment is analyzed.Time benefit model build a multi-agent simulation model is established,simulation of different scenarios,by changing the properties of environmental variables,simulation work and life balance of labor intensive factory workers in different situations,to observe the different situations of time efficiency.The results show that: 1)the residence and service facilities meet the convenience through labor conditions,indirectly affecting the flexible employment,should be considered to meet the conditions of employment;2)directly affect the application of Internet communication technology and industrial agglomeration degree of flexible employment,flexible employment is the need to pay attention to the future;3)by simulation analysis on the influence mechanism and model under the same production environment of flexible employment situation city time benefit relative to the general employment situation and city based city production environment in the production environment in the traditional employment situation time higher benefits.For the flexible employment of plant research conclusion puts forward several suggestions:enterprises in the implementation of flexible employment,need to pay attention to city workers and production environment on the impact of the enterprise,pay attention to provide favorable conditions for the staff in better work life balance.For different positions of workers to develop a "satisfactory" flexible employment.
