Agricultural Versatility

China has already joined World Trade Organization (WTO). Because the various countries had the difference respectively in the agricultural aspect pledge, using the WTO rules to protect their agriculture become different and the argument appears with the use and the resisting use agriculture multifunctions. China's economy is influenced more and more by the integrated world economics.West development is an good opportunity and we should use this opportunity under the new situation to realize the local economic society fast development. The international organizations and the related countries have researched the agricultural multifunction more and using this theory, instructs their own agricultural development. Similar phenomena in the agriculture fields in Guizhou province appears with the international some national agriculture. Does the agriculture in Guizhou province have multifunctions? If has, what influence does this kind of multifunctions bring to the region. This article has done the preliminary research to the above questions. The connotation of Agriculture has been studied under the multifunction angle of view and this deepens agricultural function understanding. Making the preliminary classification to its many kinds of functions, and providing the model of functional analysis for the provincial level agriculture.On the reference of international agriculture multifunction gauging methords and the related measurement theories, appraises the agriculture multifunctions, and obtains the total value of agricultural multifunction in Guizhou province. The measurement process may give to referrence to calculate other similar region agriculture multifunctions. Finally from the paper findings analizing the strategy from the agricultural multifunction angle of view Guizhou may develops namely the agricultural security strategy, the development of ecological agriculture, the development of national traveling and goes out new path on which the economy, the society, and ecology synchronizes and human harmonizes with the nature .
