Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Guizhou Province Under The New Development Concept

The development of modern leisure agriculture is the concrete practice to implement the new concept of development,solve the "three rural" problems and realize the revitalization of the countryside.There are many advantages in the development of leisure agriculture in Guizhou,such as rich culture,rich natural resources,and hard and soft infrastructure.At the same time,there are also some problems like low efficiency,blindness in investment and construction,and irrational allocation of resources.Research on some problems of developing leisure agriculture in Guizhou province is conducive to enriching and perfecting the modern mountain characteristic,efficient agriculture theory,as well as the theory of socialist leisure agriculture with Chinese characteristics,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of leisure agriculture.This paper reviews the related literature of leisure agriculture at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Guizhou Province based on Marx's views on agriculture and leisure,the theory of modern agricultural development,demand level and experience economic theory,the theory of sustainable development and the new development concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In this paper,the DEA effectiveness of 13 leisure agriculture projects in Guizhou province is analyzed from three aspects by using Application of data envelopment analysis(DEA),including comprehensive benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.The efficiency,scale returns,indexray quantities and slack variables are also analyzed.We drew the following conclusions.Firstly,the efficiency of Guizhou leisure agriculture projects is generally low,and only 7 comprehensive technical efficiency is effective.For economic and social benefits,only 4 or 5 families have reached the effective level of comprehensive technology efficiency.Secondly,the input planning of the leisure agriculture project is unscientific,and 3 of the 13 are in excess of the investment.Thirdly,in the absence of scientific management,the 2 investment in the number of in-service technical instructors is in a state of excess.Fourthly,in the evaluation of social benefits,there are 8 are in "defect" state.In the economic benefit evaluation,there are 9 in the "deficiency".Based on the investigation of the current development of leisure agriculture in Guizhou,we predict that the leisure agriculture in Guizhou province may extend to the type of "business entertainment" and "multi-industry convergence" in the future.We also discuss the development trend of Guizhou leisure agriculture,and put forward suggestions for Guizhou leisure agriculture researchers and decision makers on the basis of project planning,government support,investment optimization,culture characteristics and the training of manpower.
