With the coming of the global economic integration, the competition from the internal and international market becomes keener and keener. More and more people realize that manpower resource is not only the first resource, but also the key to giving a company a competitive advantage. Practice proves that you'll win in the competition if you pay more attention to the development and management of the manpower resource, value the ascertainment and keep the requirement of the employees consistent with the company goal. During the course of the development and management of manpower resource, the performance evaluation seems more important. It is just like a sword with two blades. If the result of the performance evaluation is good, it can help the company attract more excellent talents and raise the whole company efficiency and make the best economic benefit at the same time; whereas it can shake the employee's morale and affect the power of the company competition.This paper takes ZZ Telecommunication Company as an example and probes into its present methods of checking merits and benefits. Checking departments stresses all kinds of targets' completion. Because the departments are different, the qualities and tasks of work are different. Some checking targets' formulating hasn't relation with native department, some staff can't achieve through making efforts, it can't attain the aims of arousing departments and staffs' enthusiasm.This paper counters the existing problems of the present check on merit of ZZ Telecommunication Company. On the base of the research on ZZ Telecommunication Company, the paper expounds the whole process of performance checking system from two sides systematically and practically. In the paper, the author points out in light of plenty of the performance checking system and her own long-term work experiences that the process of the performance should be employees development oriented, along with the effective and interactive communication. The author proposes theoretical foundation and guarantee in sustainable development and the innovation in the management method for the ZZ Telecommunication Company.
