In pace with the developing of the economy world,the competition for human resources among enterprises often affects and even decides their development.And the salespersons in a enterprise are the important component parts of the human resources.They have gradually become the enterprise's competitive strength at the core for its subsistence and development.Therefore,to work out a scientific and reasonable system to assess the salespersons' merits and efficiency is a key job and important problem that every enterprise must face.At present,basing on the method of the key targets of merits and efficiency(KPI),the system to assess the salespersons' merits and efficiency is more and more widely used in the enterprises,This has brought about good feedbacks.Thus,basing on KPI,to work out a system to assess the salespersons' merits and efficiency will become an important step for an enterprise to promote its standard of assessment and will help it to continuously grow as well.This paper has deeply analysed the current situation and existing problems of the assessment in company A.By using the research theory of KPI assessment on salespersons' merits and efficiency,we have worked out the targets for company A to assess its salespersons on their merits and efficiency.Yet,we have made use of this new system to assess its salespersons.From the result of the assessment feedback,we can see that the train of thought of company A to assess the salespersons on their merits and efficiency has been changed.The system of assessment has become much more scientific and reasonable.The use of assessment period and result has been improved and promoted in varying degrees.As a result,the salespersons are satisfied with it and their work and enthusiasm have been increased.Being a type among middle and small enterprises running by the civilians,Company A's study on assessing the salespersons upon their merits and efficiency has worked out a much better scientific and reasonable system of assessment on merits and efficiency.This work has offered the powerful experience to the other middle and small enterprises running by the civilians.
