If this question is solved, it will widely spread universally and the practically, it also be significance in the hydro-electricity construction enterprise, certainly this question's solution will also enhance the management level vigorously. The article wish to depend on the Qilinsi hydro-electric power station project, that carried experience the summary on this aspect, expected to solve staff driving and the management in the progress management, provides certain suggestion plan, some solution mentality to hydro-electricity project construction enterprise.The Qi-Lin-Si hydro-electric power station project mainly based on the theory of driving, used the salary driving, the collective driving, the individual driving, in disguised form stockholder's rights driving, the achievements driving, the duty driving, the trust driving, the emotion driving, the goal driving, the honor driving, measure implementation progress management ,and so on.
