China's Foreign Direct Investment Potential

With the advancement of China's reform and opening policy, outward foreign direct investment (FDI) of China has also seen a gradual increase these days. At this time, it is of great significance in the government level to give a thorough research on the potential of China's outward FDI.The paper aims to measure and verify the potential of China's outward FDI and to put forward some recommendations for the government by forecasting China's outward FDI for the next 10 years and analyzing the advantages inherent the macro-economy and micro-economy of China.The paper can be divided into 5 parts. Part 1 includes the introduction of the concept of outward FDI potential, the methodology adopted, innovation of the paper, and the literature for research. Part 2 mainly summarizes the historical and present development of China's outward FDI. Part 3 contains two chapters in which the author tries to find out the status of China's investment development path, quantify the scale of China's outward FDI in ten years'time and analyze the innate stimulations for outward FDI. Part 4 includes some recommendations in terms of the development of China's outward FDI. And in part 5 the author draws conclusions of this paper.
