The membership securities investment consulting (MSIC) business has made greatdevelopment in recent years. But some problems are uncovered.This paper firstly gives a brief review of the A securities investment consultingcompany, stating that the A company has encountered many problems, such as unstableinvestment income and low satisfaction, which has affected the company's long-termdevelopment.Secondly, the paper gives a brief review of the development of the MSIC business.By analyzing the situations of MSIC business, its requirements and existing problems,the paper points out that standardized MSIC is of importance to securities markets.Then the paper analyzes the situations of the A company, analyzing the businessprocess of the company's investment consulting division. The paper summarizesproblems in the development of the company's investment consulting business, likelacks of internal controlling system, bad organizational structure, and businessmanagement faultiness.Studies on the management patterns of SIC business are little. By pointing outthose problems mentioned above and using theories like operations management andscience of organizational behavior, this paper attempts to construct a countermeasure ofthe operation management pattern of the company's investment consulting division andto state that the construction of internal control mechanism is of great practicalsignificance to offer effective and high-quality consulting service. It is hoped that can bethe beneficial reference to the other securities investment consulting companies.
