With the society developed and competition getting fiercer and fiercer, the big enterprises all begin to think about how to keep the competitiveness at a high level in such an environment. The value chain theory, which is getting mature, is becoming an important tool to help the enterprise analyze the advantages and disadvantages,promote the core competitiveness and figure out the blueprint.Telecommunication industry, a typical representative of service industries, has fast developed as the monopoly situation was gradually broken in the last few years. The competition relationship is also getting more and more complicated. As the data value-added service challenges the leading position of traditional voice service, the competition between telecommunication enterprises varies from network scale to the service and valuable contents.
