Core Competitiveness is a kind of core capacity which owned by one enterprise only, and can bring enterprise with profits, enables enterprise to own consistent advantages in competition. It can say that the competition in Core Competitiveness is the substance of competition among enterprises. In time of digitalization and informationization, the general use of E-Business has been changing management and marketing mode, the development of E-Business in one enterprise does much to its Core Competitiveness. Therefore, the practice of discussing "core competitiveness" regardless of e-business is obviously out of times.This thesis conducts a special research on the Core Competitiveness of the E-Business. Firstly, it makes a summary of present theories of Core Competitiveness, gives the definition and properties of Core Competitiveness, and analyzes some aspects to construct. Then, a comprehensive description about E-Business is given, like related theories, current conditions of the application of E-Business by Chinese enterprises and etc. Thirdly, classifies the enterprises into two categories based on the different features of e-business products, as well as putting forward the competitive strategies adopted by those two kinds of enterprises. In conclusion, carries out respective analysis from the viewpoint of telecommunication industry chain, and some examples of equipments manufacturer, telecommunication operator and SP/CP are analyzed. At last, the strategies in competition are given for these kinds of enterprises to improve their competitiveness.
