Being one of the pillar industries and the leading one of the service industries, Shanghai's tourism industry has accumulated a lot of problems in the long-term development while making great contribution to the economy.The paper uses the latest news to research the whole aspect on Shanghai's tourism industry. And the research is from the history to the whole world about the developing on tourism industry. At the same time, the author analyzes the present tourism market from the microeconomic to the macroeconomic. The author did this just wanted to find the batter way to send Shanghai's tourism industry to the world. Analyzed from the industry level, many problems happened in tourism are relative to the tourism industrial market in Shanghai.The paper consists of 7 chapters. Chapter 1 makes a short survey of the research about the reason and way to write about the Shanghai's tourism industry. And it is also shows the theories about the tourism industrial and the competition.Chapter 2 shows the developing history about Shanghai's tourism industry. Shanghai's tourism industry is developed at the beginning of century 20th, and then it stopped, for a long time it continues to develop. But at that time Shanghai's tourism was not an industry. Just in 1997, shanghai'president Huang ju called shanghai showed develop the tourism as a cosmopolitan tourism industry. So it is developing from that day to now, and it will going on.Chapter 3 shows the macroeconomic annalist about Shanghai's tourism industry, and Chapter 4 shows the microeconomic annalist about Shanghai's tourism industry, and than the author find out the problems happened in Shanghai's tourism industry.Chapter 5 analyzes the difference from Shanghai's tourism industry to Beijing's and Tianjin's and Chongqing's. At the same time, we studies the experience about tourism industry developing in Hong Kong and Singapore.Chapter 6 concludes the way how to find the optimal route to develop Shanghai's tourism industry. Finally, the seventh chapter sums up the analyses of the first 6 chapters and puts forward a general summary about Shanghai's tourism industry.The creative of this paper is using the latest statue to analyst Shanghai's tourism industry, and than find out the optimal route to develop Shanghai's tourism industry. The summary of the creative is about the world expiation and the creative culture.
