In various stages of construction control, rational using of manpower, material and financial resources only to realize the true meaning of the whole process management, and current problems that arise in the practice of engineering can be completely changed.Meanwhile, the investment control and management of the whole process of implementation is the necessary way lining with the international project management, and is the best opportunity attracting foreign enterprises to participate in China's construction projects.This paper reviews the entire process of cost control of construction projects by the numbers, and then a detailed explanation of the current construction project cost management issues is given. Then the author study the basic theory of the cost of the project, at last a final project cost control of the entire process, and the various stages of the work should be carried out.
