| After our country entering WTO, the impact of foreign tariff barriers to our export has been decreased constantly, but the impact of non-tariff barriers especially TBT(Technical Barriers to Trade) is strengthening now. The statistics of related department indicate that the export commodities of our country have been sniped more TBT. Over half export enterprises of our country have encountered TBT, and the annual losses are up to several hundred million dollars. So, studying TBT in international trade, analyzing its impact on export trade of our country, and discussing the countermeasures of breaking through it is an important subject in front of us .This thesis mainly applies theoretic analyzing method and demonstration analyzing method to discuss the reason why the export of our country suffers TBT frequently, and put forward relevant improvement suggestions and countermeasures from three respects of government, guild and enterprise.The thesis can be divided into three chapters. The first chapter summarizes the conception, character and essence of TBT and especially the reason why TBT has been strengthened recently, and this establishes a theory base for the following contents. The second chapter mainly discusses the influence of TBT to the export trade of our country and the reason why the export of our country suffers TBT frequently. Although from a long-term view TBT can bring active impact to our country, such as the innovation of our country's commodities and technology, the establishment and implement of our country's technique code, but now it gives us more negative impact, so here the active impact will not be discussed. The reason why TBT can make effects to our commodities is the action of all respects. On the analysis of hereinbefore, the third chapter probes into the countermeasures of TBT for our country from three respects of government, guild and enterprises.
