| With the accelerated progress of free trade in recent years, Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) have become one of the most effective tools for trade protectionism and its influence on International Trade and Globel Competitiveness of Chinese Machine & Electronic Industries becomes increasingly large. So it is pretty meaningful to analysis of TBT and discuss how to improve the Globel Competitiveness of Chinese Machine & Electronic Industries both in theories and reality. The premise of avoiding the influences affected by TBT and improving competitiveness of Chinese Machine & Electronic Industries is to correctly assess the present situation both on TBT and Globel Competitiveness of Chinese Machine & Electronic Industries.It is under the above background that the author tries to analyze and evaluate TBT and Globel Competitivenes. To solve the practical problems of products of Chinese Machine & Electronic Industries in international trade, and to improve Globel Competitiveness of Chinese Machine & Electronic Industries, it brings out a new train of thought on the solutions to various of foreign TBT. The contribution of this paper is that the analysis of conducted the two parts under a general framework, which has never been done before.Firstly, the author reviews and generalizes the basic theories of TBT and Globel Competitiveness in economics, offering an analysis of TBT's impact on Globel Competitiveness of Chinese Machine & Electronic Industries.Secondly, to encounter foreign TBT simultaneity, we need to construct endogenesis TBT protection system with foreign succeed experiences using for reference, making full use of the relative WTO agreements to protect our market and industries.Finally, it discusses how to avoid the influences affected by TBT from the angles of government policies and the activities of enterprises, which should be helpful for the enterprises of Chinese Machine & Electronic Industries. |
