Case Study On Recycled Economy Planning Of Jh Industrial Park

Recycled economy (RE) has been seriously concerned than ever before in China. To establish the mode, the recycled economy industrial park (REIP), which is the primary carrier of RE, should be developed fast in industrial system. The dissertation focuses on case study, based on the theory and method of recycled economy, the planning of recycled economy for JH industrial park is achieved, the planning scheme, and the countermeasures of which are also proposed.Firstly, the background and significance of the dissertation are analyzed, and literature is reviewed on recycled economy under two angels of economy and operational mechanism, on the basis of which, the practice on RE in industrial park is dissertated, and technical map is also proposed. Furthermore, the dissertation discussed location advantages and current development status in quo, supplying and consuming of resources and energy, situations on environment protection, infrastructure, and environment quality are analyzed, the basic foundation, environment faced, and problems are dissertated. Still, guided by idea, principles, the development goal, tasks, and important work are established, industrial park development structure, recycled economy system and industrial chain structure map is also proposed. Then, to implement the planning schemes, the countermeasures on organization, leading, finance, technics, policy, and management are proposed. Finally, the dissertation is summarized and anticipated, and the future research is also proposed.
