| Recycled economy is a new and advanced economic pattern and a system engineering of economy, technology and society. To develop recycled economy is the best way to implement sustainable development, and the basic method of protecting environment. As the spatial carrier of the development of recycled economy, Eco-Industrial Parks (EIPs) still remain the primary stage in China, and are nearly none in Jiangxi Province. However, developing EIPs in Jiangxi's is imperative, which not only is necessary for Jiangxi Province to protect nice ecological environment and develop sustainable, but also is the effective way for Jiangxi Province to speed up the industrial development, and catch up with other advanced provinces and cities in economy. As a result, it is significant to study on how Jiangxi Province promotes EIPS under the instruction of ecological industry and recycled economy.At present, the studies on ecological construction of Jiangxi's industrial parks are not much, and about which there are also many problems. In this thesis, the author firstly elaborated the related theories about recycled economy and EIPs, and then analyzed the present situation and existing problems of the construction of Jiangxi's EIPs, simultaneously, according to the domestic and foreign experiences and enlightens, the author proposed countermeasure and suggestions to promote the development of Jiangxi's EIPs, and also provided references for governments' decision-making.This article hold the opinion that, there is not any true EIP in Jiangxi Province so far, moreover there are also many problems like backward thought, backward technology, backward management and so on in the developing process of Jiangxi Province's EIPs. Therefore, it's necessary to advance the development of Jiangxi Province's EIPs through having clear mentality, making out and managing the parks , establishing effective government policy and system, promoting science technological level and enhancing propaganda. |
