Chinese manufacturing industry developed rapidly in recent years, Manufacturing industry will remain important position in our country's socio-economic development in 21st century. But domestic manufacture's profit is not very high, competitiveness is not strong. To change this environment, information is the inevitable requirement for the development of domestic manufacture. ERP provides the world's most advanced enterprise management system, many companies are using or preparing to use ERP, and they Look forward to ERP can bring a qualitative leap in business management. But the ERP project implementation cycle is long,Involve wide areas and difficult to implement. Chinese market economy system are not perfect now, some legislation is not perfect, disorderly competition and unfair competition between enterprises still exist in large quantities. There still big gap on the ERP project's research between foreign and us; we still at the beginning stage of the ERP project's risk implementation. So we still face the significant risks when implement ERP in Chinese manufacturing enterprises The purpose of this study is failure factor's analysis of ERP implementation process and risk identification, risk factor analysis and risk management strategy of the whole implementation process. Give reference to the enterprise how implementation of the enterprise ERP system successfully, and fully estimate the risk of ERP implementation, minimize risk.This article introduces the idea of risk management when implement ERP projects domestic enterprises and analysis of the entire implementation process. On the basis of hands-on and analysis domestic and foreign literature, through the implementation of ERP project failure factors and the risk management theory,do detailed Systematic analyses of various stages of ERP project failure factors and risks .Analysis and summarize the failure factor of ERP implementation process and the stages of the implementation risk. Use examples to illustrate the risks of ERP implementation process and Strategies. Give reference to follow the implementation of ERP business, reducing the risk of ERP implementation.This article introduced ERP related knowledge, management thinking and risk management theory then analysis failure factors of the enterprises and the ERP implementation enterprises after that leads to a successful related countermeasures ERP project implementation; Introduce ERP project risk identification, risk factor analysis and risk management strategies. Through theoretical analysis minimize risk and improve the success rate of the process of ERP implementation. In the end through the examples of Huapeng Co.,Ltd explain the ERP implementation process of the failure factors and risks, and give relative strategy, shows the combination of theory and practice.
