Study On The Risk Evaluate Of Implementation Of ERP Project

The implementation of enterprise ERP is a project with high expensive and high risks. Effectively manage and control is the important tache to guarantee the implementation of ERP project to succeed during the whole process of ERP implementation.Based on the investigation of the case implementation of enterprise ERP,and the theory of risk identification and risk estimation, this paper carries out the scientific definition and the identification to the risk that along with the process of the implementation of enterprise ERP project, it posts the causes of all risks that rise from the whole process of ERP implementation and analyses the features of risks, then constructs the risk identification matrix list with two dimension.Second, this paper has designed the estimation system for three phases according to the process of ERP implementation; there are the risk estimation of the preparing phase, implementing phase and start-up phase. Based on risk estimation target, estimation criterion and risk grades, this paper has carried out the estimation to the risk existing the whole process of ERP implementation by using the Fuzzy-NN model's forecast and estimation function. In the course of investigating and researching the target system for estimation, we have used a series of enterprise risk questionnaire and it has effectively reviewed the implementation risk of enterprise ERP project. We have implemented the risk estimation for ERP project by using the Fuzzy-NN model. Based on the establishment of estimation system for ERP implementing risk, we have set up a model for ERP risk estimation based on Fuzzy-NN.Lastly, this paper take the example of an enterprise in Gansu, by using the Fuzzy-NN to estimate their risks, and posted the countermeasure for controlling their risks in the course of their implementing the project.
