Recently, as real estate market develops rapidly and government issues a series of macro-economic control policies and measures, especially China Petroleum Group adjusts its industrial structure, the real estate enterprises of China Petroleum Group are forced to encounter serious challenges on their surviving and developing. Comparing with large-scale professional real estate enterprises, real estate enterprises of China Petroleum are not competitive on management and professional technologies, investment scales, business revenues and pre-tax profit, etc. It's a research issue with important realistic sense that how China petroleum enterprises will react to market external environment and choose suitable mode for surviving and developing.This thesis is composed through checking and reading relevant domestic and oversea literature, relevant basic acknowledges on Practical Economics, Management, Marketing, Operation and Management on Real Estate, adopting methods of theories research and practical analysis, to carry on a research upon the inevitability of existing, current status and development mode of real estate enterprises of China Petroleum Group.Firstly, this thesis raises the issue researching development mode of real estate enterprises, with accordance to current developing status of middle and small scale real estate enterprises and China Petroleum industry, through outline of relevant research situation within China and abroad.Secondly, this thesis analyzes current developing status of real estate enterprises of China Petroleum Group, reviews development history of China Petroleum Group, discusses inevitability and realistic meaning of existence of China Petroleum Group real estate enterprises, and points out current problems.Thirdly, through analysis on external and internal environment of real estate enterprises of China Petroleum Group, using SWOT Analysis Matrix, this thesis discusses external and internal development modes of real estate enterprises of China Petroleum Group, raises three strategic modes as market development, dynamic alliance and retreating & turnaround.Lastly, combining situation of Sichuan Jia Yi Petroleum Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. where the author is working at, this thesis carries on practical analysis on Jia Yi Company, for the aspects of diversity strategies, territory strategies, alliance strategies, financing strategies and talents strategies.
