With the rewired of telecoms in China and the three net integration, the information technology makes influences in every aspect of the society. As an important part of the information technology, the informationization of family make a good progress. The paper researchs the strategy of the information of family in order to fulfill needs of people.This paper is written on the basis of a research project, based on theories as Strategic Management and Strategic Analysis. After introducing the theories, the paper analyzes the external environment for the informationization of family of China Mobile, Guangdong branch. by means of PEST analysis,Five Forces Model and Competitor-analyzing Model, and its internal environment from three aspects: target customer, brand, organization structure. At last, with the method of SWOT Analysis, a conclusion is drawn from two sides: the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment; the challenges and opportunities brought by external environment, that is, strategy-matching should be carried on.For all the above-mentioned analysis, the paper points out a strategic objective enhance the leading position of the informationization of family of China Mobile, Guangdong branch. And in view of the strategic guiding thoughts of that, the author of this paper draws up a strategic implementation from 3 aspects: investment, organization and marketing.. |
