According to SCP theory created by the Harvard School, the structure of a market will influence firms'conduct and then firms'conduct will influence their performance. The industrial adjustment taken place in Dongguan will surely exert a deep effect on the local society and economies. As a result, these adjustments will lead or have led to the changes of environment and competitive situation of Dongguan's telecommunication industry. For example, the more and more intense competition will change the benefit structure of all players.In this dissertation the author tries to do a research on the company behavior under the industrial adjustment and judge what the industrial adjustment has brought to China Mobile Group Corporation, Guangdong Limited Co., Ltd.-Dongguan Branch, such as the changes of macro and micro environment and internal and external competitive state, which can provide evidence for the company to make proper and scientific strategy.The dissertation is composed of five parts:Part one, introduction of some backgrounds and important concepts. In this part, the author brings forward the significance of this research, and then elaborates definitions of some important concepts.Part two, reviews of the strategic research theories and researches. That is competitive environment theories and researches on the effects of Dongguan industrial adjustment on telecommunication operation business. Part three, the author describes the industrial characteristics and present situation of adjustment.In part four, simple introduction of Dongguan Branch and competitive environment analysis. This is the most important part of this dissertation with a thoroughly analysis from macro environment to micro environment and from external factors to internal factors.The author brings forward the guiding principles and concrete measures to cope with the industrial adjustment.Part five, the author puts forward a cutting-edge strategy called'One-Three-Four-Two'and elaborates it from four aspects, including the monitoring mechanism, customers, business and supporting platform.The basic conclusions include that this industrial adjustment is long-term and inevitable; the adjustment will result in much more intense competition among Dongguan's telecommunication operation businesses, meanwhile it will bring more opportunities for the development of informationization; Dongguan Branch should make effective strategies to maintain its competitive advantage. the author puts forward a cutting-edge strategy called'One-Three-Four-Two'and elaborates it from four aspects, including the monitoring mechanism, customers, business and supporting platform.
