China Students Included In The Study Of Urban Residents Basic Medical Insurance Policy

Shanghai University Students were under "free medical care Social Security system" from 1953. However, with the development of education system and medical health system reform, the contradiction between resources and demands has been increasing. Suggestions about improving college students health security system in Shanghai> was formally implemented in April 1,2007. This paper summarized stage situation of the system and evaluated its practical significance and deficiency.This study gives the following conclusions:1, the new system improve the security objects, coverage, financing diversification, improve methods of payment; 2, in the survey most of College Students are in higher satisfaction with the new system; 3, the new system implementation process, there are still some problems Advices were provided to improve relevant polices.
