Due to lack of unified planning, the existing system function of China Unicom Zhengzhou branch is not perfect, and information resource sharing still cannot support rapid development of enterprise human resources management requirements. Firstly, in order to realize human resources strategic management in China Unicom Zhengzhou branch, the original target of human resources management and the problems existing in the process of information system development are analyzed. Secondly, based on the analysis and design of human resources management information system, suppliers of software are evaluated. Thirdly, the appropriate management information system is determined. Finally, under implementation effect of human resource management information system, the new system has improved the efficiency of the human resource management greatly. |
