In the intergration chain of supply chain management, the suppliers'management lie on a paramount place, specially in the supply chain of centering on manufacture enterprises, that if the supplies perform excellently will directly concern the competitiveness of the whole supply chain. Under the research background of a typical manufacture enterprise "H company", this article analyses the major problems in the process of H company's supplier management according to the immplemention situation of suppliers management, puts forword the necessity of improving H company's suppliers management, and studies deeply on improving supplier management. First, on the basis of original suppliers classification, a more reasonably suppliers classification method is put forward, accordingly the suppliers classification management strategy is expounded; secondly, the procedure and method of the supplier evaluation and selection is suggested on the basis of the supplier classification management; the third, on account of the shortage of H company's suppliers'performance assessment, the assessment method of combining daily dynamic quantization assessment with annual assessment is proposed, the specific and feasible index system is set, the quantization assessment standard and items score are ascertained, and so as to the assessment method feasible.The series of H company's suppliers management improvement scheme still need to be continuously researched and perfected. It is hoped that this article can offer some help for manufacture enterprises to improve supplier management.
