Depth Development Of Rural Tourism In Xi'an

The development of rural tourism is an important channel of the new socialist countryside construction. Meanwhile, based on scientific protection and reasonable development of tourism resources in countryside, to carry out rural sightseeing, leisure, holiday and experiential tourist activity, which play an important role in the protection of ecological environment and carrying forward national culture, and also enrich and optimize the structure of tourism products, industrial, regional and market in Chinese tourist industry. At present, rural tourism processes characters in Xi'an which are the fast rate of increasing and wild, and also the bigger development space, but all in all, rural tourism is still the initial stages of development which is lack of sustainable market appeal and limited of economic, social and ecological efficiency. Therefore, the study is established in the present development situation of rural tourism in Xi'an, mainly resolves the problem how to profound level develop rural tourism so as to sustainable development way for rural tourism.First of all, the autuor conducted field research on the different counties, different types and different locations of the rural tourism, and sorted out five kinds of rural tourism resources such as rural folk customs, historical villages and sites, rural recreation, rural physiographic, hydrological and forest landscape, rural agricultural landscape, besides, the problems were corned. Secondly, the paper conducted a survey and statistical analysis on the rural tourism market. The results show that rural tourism market in Xi'an general characteristics:①it has a wide range of market development, development potential, can foster high;②the primary motivation of rural tourists is taking some fresh air and enjoying the quiet atmosphere; the primary means of acpuiring rural tourism is information recommended by friends and relatives; the way to travel is mostly the main bus and private cars;③there are significantly different between different ages, occupations rural tourists preferences;④actual consumption of rural tourists is higher than expected;⑤rural tourists have great views of food, accommodation and service quality;⑥according to behavioral characteristics of tourists, rural tourism market in Xi'an was divided into the five categories segment markets which were pastorale tourists, relaxative-sporting tourists, health-care tourists, recreation tourists and sporting tourists.Thirdly, under the guidance of the sustainable development theory, the ecological economy theory, the circular economy theory, the new countryside construction theory and the sign system theory, the paper defines the concept of rural tourism sustainable development and build its model. Fourthly, the paper divided rural tourism of Xi'an into three kinds of rural tourism which were suburbs of cities, characteristic village and periphery of scenic spot, and rural tourism in suburbs of cities mainly include Sight-seeing farms, characteristic breeding, catering, gardening and leisure resorts. According to the model of sustainable development of rural tourism, the paper builded the sustainable development model of three typesof rural tourism in Xi'an. Fifthly, according to the model of sustainable development of rural tourism, the papers proposed the sustainable development strategies for the development of rural tourism in Xi'an. At last, the government should take relevant measures to protect the depth of the development of rural tourism in Xi'an.In summary, there are two innovations in this study:firstly, provides a new prospective for the research on the sustainable development of rural tourism. Secondly, defines the concept of rural tourism sustainable development, which will develop theory of sustainable development of tourism to some extent. Secondly, build the model of sustainable development of rural tourism. the model divides into the endogenous level, drive level, protection layer, which can promote the the sustainable development of rural tourism through the effective operation of the mechanism within and betwwen three levels.In conclusion, the study is of strong practical significance for guiding the sustainable development of rural tourism and resolving the "tri-agriculture" issues in Xi'an.
