Application Research Of Earned Value Management In Mms Project

The thesis has made a survey on the theory formation of EVM, existing circumstance of its research, basic theory and factors of EVM, and analysis evaluation method of EVM, expound the general method of EVM in the telecommunication project management. Through apply earned value management into actual MMS project management, the author verifies the application feasibility of EVM in this field.The thesis gives how to determine the project scope, WBS(Work Breakdown Structure), project schedule and cost budget in the MMS project, gives the detail cost analysis using the project field information, gets the status and trend of project cost and schedule, and finally gives the improved actions so as to effectively control the project cost and schedule by using earned value management method.This thesis summarizes the particularity and success experience of the earned value management in the telecommunication project specifies the management procedures and standard in telecommunication project and provides a general guideline for the Project management of telecommunication projects.
