With the further intensified of computer software development and services market competition, Changsha Shengjie Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is facing some problems such as low job satisfaction, more frequent of employee turnover and so on in its business operations. Therefore, there has been an important issue in the company's human resources management to enhance job satisfaction survey analysis and management, improve employee job performance, appropriate control staff turnover.This paper investigations basic situation about job satisfaction of 67 staffs in Changsha Shengjie Science & Technology Co., Ltd through the work of self satisfaction questionnaire, investigates personal characteristics of the job satisfaction of employees through using the SPSS 18.0, and then examines components of job satisfaction with the influence of job performance, turnover intention, and eventually finds out the following conclusions:Firstly, the influence factors of the employee job satisfaction include:job characteristics, pay and benefits, organization and management, interpersonal relations, working conditions and environment, promotion and development dimensions; the company's overall employee job satisfaction is not high, is basically satisfied range, and staff satisfaction levels of each dimension there is a big difference. Secondly, employee job satisfaction is significantly affected by personal characteristics. There is significant difference in general job satisfaction of staffs in different marital status, age, level of education, different seniority, different jobs of employees, and the average score of influence factors in job satisfaction also shows diverse degrees of difference as the difference personal characteristics. Thirdly, the entire job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on job performance which has a significant negative impact on employee turnover. Employee job satisfaction can explain respectively the company job performance, turnover intention with the variability of 42.35%,47.64%. Fourthly, components of job satisfaction are significantly positive related to job performance, in which interpersonal relationships, working conditions and environment, job characteristics, pay and benefits are four factors that can explain 26.88% of the variability in the company job performance. Fively, there is significantly negatively relationship between components of job satisfaction and the turnover intention, where pay and benefits, relationships, work conditions and environment, job characteristics are four factors which can explain 33.66% of the variability in the company job performanceBased on the empirical conclusions, Changsha Shengjie Science & Technology Co., Ltd. should encourage its employees form a reasonable psychological contract, establish a scientific pay and welfare system, improve staff training system and promotion system, paying attention to employee job prospects, implement the employee classification system and other measures, strengthen management of employee job satisfaction, maintain the stability of employees and eventually improve employee job performance.
