The study on job satisfaction has been a pop subject for quite a long time in the international academia,which have made a lot of beneficial results,played an important guiding role for the enterprises to improve employee job satisfaction, improve job performance,to prevent and reduce the staff turnover intention. According to China's national conditions,many private enterprises are mostly from state-owned or collectively-owned enterprises which are contracted by privates.The level of its management need to be improved because of the reasons for institutional'changing.For the characteristics of such enterprises,this thesis selected two private enterprises of this type in Wuhan for the study,try to find a way to improve the employee job satisfaction,job performance and reduce turnover intention by studying the impact factors of employee job satisfaction and the relationship on the job satisfaction,job performance and turnover intention.First of all,by visiting to investigate,identify the impact factors of satisfaction which are most concerned by staff,combined with related scale in domestic and abroad.to design a set of more reasonable scale of employee job satisfaction,job performance,turnover intention for production-oriented private enterprises.Secendly, test its reliability according to the Cronbach'a coefficient by SPSS statistical analysis software,test the existence of significant differences of job satisfaction,job performance,turnover intention at the individual property by Analysis of variance. Using correlation analysis to test the existence of correlation between job satisfaction and its'factors and job performance and turnover intention.Through regression analysis to get it's influence extent further.And by calculating to get the the differences between the two companies of job satisfaction,job performance and turnover intention.The Studies have shown(1)Job satisfaction and its dimensions was significant positive correlation to job performance;job satisfaction and its dimensions is significant negative correlation to the turnover intention.(2) Gender only have a significant impact on job return and external factors turnover intention.The differences of marital status have a significant impact on job return and turnover intention.The differences of age have a significant impact on job itself,working relations and turnover intention.Differet qualifications have a significant impact on job returns,job itself and turnover intention.Different positions have a significant impact on job returns,job itself,the leadership and management,working conditions,overall satisfaction and turnover intention.Based on these results,this study has to focus on the constructive comments for different gender,different marital status,ages and different positions.Try to find an effective way to improve employee job satisfaction and job performance and reduce the turnover intention. |
