The Strategy Research Of Changsha Service Outsourcing Industry Development

As an important component of 21st century's national development strategies, the service outsourcing industry has gradually become an important part of the modern service industry. The industry has low resource consumption, high levels of specialization, vast employment demand, big contribution to society, broad prospects for development. Developing service outsourcing industry, especially the development of offshore outsourcing, is the important starting point to promoting industrial restructuring in Changsha and changing the way for economic structure, it is an important way to develop an open economy in the new period and change in of foreign trade growth mode, it is an important measure of increasing employment opportunities and speeding up the knowledge-based human resources. Meanwhile, the development of service outsourcing industry is significant to enhancing competitiveness of Changsha and promoting of construction of the innovation-oriented city.Currently, developing services outsourcing industry which gets more attention and research everyday is increasingly becoming a strategic choice for enhancing core competitiveness of government and enterprises. Chinese elite now have to start considering how to achieve the industrial transaction from "world factory" to "world office" in the economic globalization, how to quickly complete the industrial upgrading, how to optimize the foreign trade structure. Based on the research on basic theory of service outsourcing industry, status and trends of international and domestic service outsourcing industry development, as well as research of local service outsourcing enterprises, this paper will use DRCO-diamond analysis system analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Changsha outsourcing industry. Based on Enterprise core competitiveness, industry cluster, value chain/supply chain, cost analysis and theory of corporate culture, it will analyze of the characteristics and law of the outsourcing industry and propose protection measures to local service outsourcing industry in order to promote Changsha local service outsourcing industry.
